Advanced Shopify Sync Settings

Advanced settings contains maintenance actions for managing an existing sync. It is available after a sync has been saved.

  1. Open a saved sync
  2. Scroll to Settings
  3. Click Advanced settings

Manual trigger URL

Appears only for saved Airtable → Shopify syncs. Loading the URL in a browser queues one Airtable → Shopify sync run immediately, without opening the app. The sync processes all rows in the configured Airtable view, just as if you clicked Sync now on the dashboard.

The URL is unique to each sync. Copy it from Advanced settings after saving the sync.

Where it appears: The URL field is visible only after the sync has been saved at least once. It does not appear on new, unsaved syncs or on Shopify → Airtable syncs.

Automation use cases:

  • Cron job: schedule the URL to be opened at a fixed interval using a server cron job or a hosted cron service
  • Zapier or Make: add a webhook action that opens the URL whenever a trigger fires, for example when a record changes in Airtable
  • Custom script: have any script or service open the URL

The URL requires no authentication beyond the unique token embedded in it. Treat it like a secret and do not share it publicly.

Clone sync

Copies the sync’s settings into a new sync. The clone starts as an independent sync and can be customized separately without affecting the original.

Clear errors

Dismisses error notifications that are no longer relevant or have already been resolved. This action does not change any data in Shopify or Airtable.

Disable or enable a sync

Disable sync stops all scheduled and triggered sync runs until the sync is re-enabled. Use this during maintenance or testing to prevent the sync from running.

Enable sync allows scheduled and triggered runs to resume.

On the dashboard, disabled sync cards show an Enable button. If the sync was also paused before being disabled, the button shows Enable & resume.

Delete queued tasks

Cancels pending sync jobs waiting in the queue. Work that is already in progress is not affected.

Delete this sync

Removes the sync and all associated configuration. This action cannot be undone.
