Bulk Edit Shopify B2B Companies and Company Locations with Airtable
In Shopify B2B, wholesale buyers belong to Companies, and each company has one or more Company Locations with their own addresses, tax settings, and buyer experience options. Most of the day-to-day account management happens through the Shopify admin’s company UI, which is slow when you need to update tax rules across many locations or audit company-level data across the catalog.
AirPower brings both data types into Airtable. Companies and Company Locations land in their own tables, linked together, so you can review profiles, addresses, contacts, and spend rollups in a grid and push updates back to Shopify.
Both data types are available on connected stores that have Shopify company data.
Set up Companies and Company Locations
- Open a sync or create a new one
- In Connections, select your Airtable base
- Go to Data & fields
- Click Companies
- Select the Airtable table to sync to or from
- Open the Main Fields pane and map the company fields you want to sync
- Click Save sync
Repeat steps 4–7 for Company Locations, using its own Airtable table.

Ongoing sync
Once set up, Shopify → Airtable syncs update company and location records automatically as changes occur in Shopify.
