Manage Shopify Collections’ Products with Airtable
In Shopify, a manual collection is a hand-curated group of products. Membership is managed inside each collection by adding or removing products one at a time in the Shopify admin.
For seasonal sets, featured groupings, or rotating campaigns, curating manual collections this way is slow and easy to lose track of.
AirPower syncs Products and Collections to Airtable as linked tables. Edit the linked Collections column on a product row to add or remove that product from collections. When the sync runs, Shopify updates the product’s collection membership to match.
Prerequisites
Both Products and Collections must be configured in Data & fields on the same sync, each pointing to their own Airtable table.
Add or remove a product from a collection
- Open the Airtable products table
- Find the product row you want to update
- In the linked Collections column, add or remove collection row links
- Click Sync now on the dashboard Airtable → Shopify sync card
AirPower updates the product’s collection membership in Shopify to match the linked records in Airtable.
