Control when your Shopify to Airtable sync runs: real-time, on a set interval, or once daily. Set sync priority and see the next scheduled run time.

Set Shopify to Airtable Sync Frequency

The Schedule section controls how often your Shopify → Airtable sync processes incoming changes.

Open your Shopify → Airtable sync

  1. Go to your dashboard
  2. Locate the dashboard sync card for the Shopify → Airtable sync you want to schedule
  3. Open that sync
  4. Go to the Schedule section

Choose the sync frequency

Real-time Processes changes as soon as they arrive from Shopify. Recommended for most stores.

Every… Runs on a set interval after the previous run completes. Choose from 1 minute, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 1 hour, or longer intervals up to 24 hours. Tasks that arrive during the wait stay queued until the next run.

Daily at… Runs once per day at the time you choose. The time is based on your local timezone. Tasks that arrive before the scheduled time stay queued until the daily run.

After selecting an option, click Save sync in the top bar to apply your frequency.

Set sync priority

Sync priority controls how this sync is ordered when multiple syncs run at the same time. Select Default for standard processing order, or High to process this sync before default-priority syncs.

What you’ll see after saving

Return to your dashboard. The sync card displays your configured frequency. For interval and daily schedules, it also shows the Next run time.
