Bulk Edit Shopify International Market Prices with Airtable

If your store sells into more than one country, Shopify lets you set different prices for each market. Managing those overrides one variant at a time in the Shopify admin gets slow once your catalog grows or you start running region-specific promotions.

AirPower brings these market prices into Airtable. Each market and each price type becomes its own column on your Variants table, so you can review every override in one grid, edit prices in bulk, and push the changes back to Shopify.

Both fixed prices and Shopify’s relative prices are supported. Relative prices are read-only since Shopify calculates them from your base price and exchange rate.

This feature requires AirPower Plus.

Prerequisites

International market prices are configured inside the Variants setup. Before you can map price fields, the Variants section must have an Airtable table selected. If Variants is not yet configured, the International market prices pane shows a notice to set up Variants first.

Configure international market prices

  1. Open the Shopify → Airtable sync
  2. Go to Data & fields
  3. Click Variants and select the Airtable table to sync to
  4. Open the International market prices pane
  5. If your store is not on AirPower Plus, click Upgrade to AirPower Plus to unlock this feature
  6. Click + Add market price for each price field you want to sync. AirPower loads all markets configured in your Shopify store as source options. Map each to an Airtable column on the Variants table.
  7. Click Save sync

Price fields available per market:

  • Fixed price: a fixed override price for the market. Syncs both ways.
  • Fixed compare-at price: a fixed compare-at override. Syncs both ways.
  • Relative price: Shopify’s automatically calculated price based on the base price and exchange rate. Shopify → Airtable only.
  • Relative compare-at price: Shopify’s calculated compare-at price. Shopify → Airtable only.

Relative prices are generated by Shopify and cannot be written back from Airtable.

Pull market prices from Shopify

Shopify does not push market price changes to AirPower automatically. Refresh them on demand from your dashboard sync card.

On the Shopify → Airtable sync card, find the Sync manually section and click Market and B2B prices. This pulls the latest fixed and relative prices for all mapped markets into Airtable.

You can also trigger this from the sync editor: SettingsDownload Shopify dataMarket and B2B pricesDownload.

Edit prices in Airtable

Update the fixed price or fixed compare-at price columns directly in Airtable. No changes are sent to Shopify until you run an Airtable → Shopify sync.

Sync updated prices back to Shopify

  1. Open the Airtable → Shopify sync
  2. Go to Data & fields
  3. Click Variants and select the same Variants table
  4. Open the International market prices pane
  5. Map the fixed price and fixed compare-at price fields you want to write back
  6. Click Save sync
  7. Click Sync now on the dashboard sync card

To remove a fixed price and return a variant to Shopify’s relative pricing, clear the cell in Airtable and run the sync. AirPower removes the fixed override from Shopify.
