Company fields you can edit in Airtable
Every field below comes into Airtable. Names, notes, external IDs, and location contact details can be sent back to Shopify. Addresses, tax settings, and payment terms are read only.

From Shopify to Airtable and back
Two Syncs do the work. One brings your B2B accounts in and keeps them current. The other sends your edits to Shopify.

Bring your accounts in
Add Companies and Company locations to a Shopify to Airtable Sync and save it. Both download into linked tables, and changes made in Shopify keep arriving on their own.

Edit in bulk
Filter a view by spend, order count, or country, then update names, notes, and external IDs across many accounts at once.

Click Sync now
Rows with a Shopify ID update their company or location. Rows without one are created in Shopify, and AirPower writes the new ID back.
Create the company first. A new company location must link to a Company row that already has a Shopify ID. If the company is new too, sync it first so its ID is written back. Set up B2B companies

Which company fields can I change from Airtable?
For companies, the name, note, and external ID. For company locations, the name, note, external ID, locale, and phone. Addresses, tax settings, and payment terms come into Airtable as read only.
Can I create new companies and locations?
Yes. A row without a Shopify ID is created in Shopify when you sync, and AirPower writes the new Shopify ID back. A new location must link to a Company row that already has a Shopify ID.
Can I edit B2B prices here too?
B2B catalog prices are stored as columns on the Variants table, not on the company tables. They need the Plus plan. Bulk edit B2B prices
Do orders link to companies?
Yes. Add Orders to the same Sync and each order row links to its company and company location. You can then roll up order totals per account in Airtable.
