Fulfillment fields you can track in Airtable
Every field below comes into Airtable for review and reporting. Fulfillment data is read only, so nothing here is written back to Shopify.

From Shopify into Airtable
One Shopify to Airtable Sync does the work. Fulfillment data flows one way, into Airtable.

Bring fulfillments in
Add Fulfillments and Fulfillment line items to a Shopify to Airtable Sync and save it. The last six months of fulfillments download into their own tables, and new fulfillments and tracking updates arrive as Shopify sends them.

Review shipments
Filter a view by status, carrier, or location to see what shipped, what is in transit, and what was delivered. Each row links back to its order.

Build reports
Group and roll up fulfillment rows in Airtable to count shipments per day, per carrier, or per location. Fulfillment line items show shipped quantities for each SKU.

Can I edit fulfillments in Airtable and send them to Shopify?
No. Fulfillments and Fulfillment Line Items sync from Shopify to Airtable only. Changes made in Airtable stay in Airtable. Create or update fulfillments in Shopify or your shipping app, and the new data comes into Airtable.
How do new fulfillments reach Airtable?
Shopify notifies the app when a fulfillment is created or updated. The Sync then writes the change to Airtable on its schedule. Set the sync frequency
Can I load fulfillments from before I set up the Sync?
Yes. Saving the Sync loads the last six months of fulfillments. To go further back, in Settings > Download data, set the Since date next to Fulfillments and click Download.
Do fulfillments link to orders?
Yes, when Orders and Order line items are in the same Sync. Each fulfillment links to its order. Each fulfillment line item links to its fulfillment, its order, and the order line item it shipped.
