Bulk Edit Shopify B2B Prices with Airtable

In Shopify, B2B catalog prices are stored at the variant level, inside specific B2B price lists. Each price list can override the base variant price with a fixed amount, or apply a relative adjustment that Shopify calculates automatically.

Editing fixed B2B prices in the Shopify admin means opening each price list, finding the variant, and updating values one row at a time. Coordinating updates across multiple price lists multiplies the work.

AirPower brings every B2B price list into Airtable as columns on the Variants table. Pull current fixed and relative prices from Shopify, edit fixed values in bulk, and push the changes back. Relative prices are read-only because Shopify generates them.

This feature requires AirPower Plus.

Prerequisites

B2B catalog prices are configured inside the Variants setup. Before you can map B2B price fields, the Variants section must have an Airtable table selected. If Variants is not yet configured, the B2B catalog prices pane shows a notice to set up Variants first.

Configure B2B catalog prices

1. Open the Shopify → Airtable sync
2. Go to Data & fields
3. Click Variants and select the Airtable table to sync to
4. Open the B2B catalog prices pane
5. If your store is not on AirPower Plus, click Upgrade to AirPower Plus to unlock this feature
6. Click + Add B2B price for each price field you want to sync. AirPower loads all B2B price lists configured in your Shopify store as source options. Map each to an Airtable column on the Variants table.
7. Click Save sync

Price fields available per price list:

• Fixed B2B price: a fixed price override for the price list. Syncs both ways.
• Fixed B2B compare-at price: a fixed compare-at override. Syncs both ways.
• Relative B2B price: Shopify’s automatically calculated B2B price based on the base price. Shopify → Airtable only.
• Relative B2B compare-at price: Shopify’s calculated compare-at price. Shopify → Airtable only.

Relative prices are generated by Shopify and cannot be written back from Airtable.

Pull B2B prices from Shopify

Shopify does not push B2B price changes to AirPower automatically. Refresh them on demand from your dashboard sync card.

On the Shopify → Airtable sync card, find the Sync manually section and click Market and B2B prices. This pulls the latest fixed and relative prices for all mapped B2B price lists into Airtable. Market prices are refreshed at the same time.

You can also trigger this from the sync editor: Settings → Download Shopify data → Market and B2B prices → Download.

Edit B2B prices in Airtable

Update the fixed B2B price or fixed compare-at price columns directly in Airtable. No changes are sent to Shopify until you run an Airtable → Shopify sync.

Sync updated B2B prices back to Shopify

1. Open the Airtable → Shopify sync
2. Go to Data & fields
3. Click Variants and select the same Variants table
4. Open the B2B catalog prices pane
5. Map the fixed B2B price and fixed compare-at price fields you want to write back
6. Click Save sync
7. Click Sync now on the dashboard sync card

To remove a fixed B2B price and return a variant to its default relative pricing, clear the cell in Airtable and run the sync. AirPower removes the fixed override from Shopify.
